A booking deposit is required to confirm your scheduled appointment. It is credited toward your final service invoice and is not an additional service charge. No payment is required when submitting the form.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice may result in loss of the booking deposit.
